Went there to rent a skid steer. Big mistake don't waste your time. They said it had 3/4 a tank of gas, my husband ran out of gas. Then the tires were so bald on it that he couldn't even get traction to get a full bucket. I call to talk to a manager and when I tell him that it ran out of gas something must be wrong with the gauge if indeed he did check it. His response well I don't know what to tell you talking about the gas and the tires. Your husband walked around the machine too and didn't need to rent it... Talk about customer service huh? Doesn't offer to reimburse for gas, or even knock something off for trouble with the tires.... Oh and for the record this was after I was on hold for ten minutes.... What an absolute waste of time and money! Do NOT rent their equipment.
