First time eating at Johnny Rockets. The restaurant was nice and clean. The staff was extremely friendly. I ordered the Spicy Houston Double with fries. It didn't take too long for the food to come out since they had just opened and it wasn't crowded.  The bun was toasted perfectly and the beef patties were cooked perfectly and had a nice crisp to them. The lettuce and tomatoes tasted fresh. The jalapenos, pepper jack cheese,  and their smokin chipotle ranch added a nice kick to the burger. Fries were fresh and crispy. Definitely will come back to try the other burgers next time.

The place is a little out of the way and you have to go looking for it. The onion rings were good but fried a little too hard. I was really looking forward to a shake from here. It was a big disappointment. I ordered it with no cream on top. They delivered it with so much cream. That when I removed the cream shake was 2/3 full so alot of cream guys. The shale was supposed to be chocolate? It had  very little flavor and was not thick at all.  we also had chicken strips again fried hard???? The double swiss with mushrooms and carmel onions was tasty but grease runs down your hand little too much.

Long wait time to he seated. Staff saw people in line for seating and did not acknowledge anyone. Finally was told to just sit anywhere. Took a while to be attended after sitting. Server was extremely rude, made snarky comments and did not smile once. Food came out at different times, some of us ate while others waited. Server never came back, assistant manager Erik came to ask about missing food items and was attentive, and apologetic. He brought food shortly after and apologized again for poor service. Food was good but service was horrible.

Was kind of annoyed at first because we were told to go wait by a pole to get a table and then sort of left there. Then the manager came out and asked if we were told that it was to-go only. I said no and pointed out the gentleman who told us to wait to be seated. She graciously let us in and seated us which was awesome because my kids really wanted to dine-in. Celeste was our server for the evening. She was absolutely amazing with my kids. She catered to them the entire visit. The food was great and the fries were bomb. It was a great visit.

Loved the atmosphere. The service and quality of the food was great. This was my first time to eat here, buy it won't be my last.Food: 5/5

The food was greatvery tasty and they have gluten free options.  The only downside was sitting out in the walk area in the mall. The homeless walk through and smell horrible while you are eating. Their tables are also super flimsy so be careful when you dine in the outside area. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The inside dining area was very full. Overall would recommend it to anyone needing a quick bite. The cheesey fries were very delicious.

Jeremy, the server was very slow at his job. Left our food up there. Only brought out a quarter of our food. He was called three times to pick up her food and left it in there. The tots came out cold. The staff seem to have an attitude because they thought we seated ourselves. There was no sign out there stating to wait to be seated. There was just a black sign they had to turn it around. Will not be back ever

Took 20 min for our order and when it finally came out sauce was dry where it had been left sitting- worse than that found a hair in my fries. Couldn’t get anyone’s attention to rectify the issues added  insult to injury was ignored standing at counter to pay. Finally just left estimates amount on the table and walked outFood: 1/5

The food is absolutely amazing and you have to get a shake! The sever, Erik is the best customer service I’ve had in awhile! Asks all the appropriate questions and is always there when you need him. Phenomenal service I highly recommend.Food: 5/5

This place… over priced $10 per burger ONLY & over hyped. If you choose to eat at this chain, I’d Highly recommend you avoid THIS location.  To start, we ordered an appetizer & milkshakes, took an hour to receive.  Milkshakes were cool/room temperature - Not COLD. Chilli cheese fries were served with cold cheese.  Finally our food came out, not one burger of 7 were made the way we ordered.  I wouldn’t put it all on the server, all though he Did mention it was his third day.  Server wrote down our order, so miscommunication must’ve been between server & cook.  Only complaint with management, is the lack of attention to staff & customers.  I’d highly recommend TOMS Burgers, a little out of the way, but Worth it. The price for a MEAL here is the price for an OK burger at J.Rockets.
