Okay y'all, it's McDonald's. Food was the same quality of any McDonald's in the United States. Fries were hot, my daughter enjoyed her nuggets and my small spicy chicken sandwich was good. I ordered a hot black coffee instead of a soda and it was barely warm so who knows how many hours before it was brewed. We loved being able to sit upstairs in the downtown location and watching the people and cars go by. The upstairs definitely needed attention though as all three garbage cans were packed full and the tables were dirty. I had to use a napkin and sanitizer foam to clean our table prior to eating.

I should not be the one that has to clean my own table. When at the counter no one would look my way or help me in any way. And when I ordered my food with condiments, there weren't any with my order. I went to ask for some sweet and sour and they said I had to pay for something I had already paid for. There are areas that are closed even though there are many people in the restaurant. Plus the way that the floor is dirty like it has not been cleaned for a few days is not very good. I do not recommend this place if you want to find a decent place to eat at. It is not worth your money

The young black lady at the front was very kind and had a great attitude!! she seems like a hard worker. Food was good but fries were only half full but otherwise a really good experience although the management seemed a little bit lazyFood: 4/5

I had a pleasant experience thanks to the lady and the gentleman who are managers there. Both were genuinely nice, kind and accommodating.Food: 5/5

Food was accurate.  Service was polite. Restroom was locked and a bit difficult to get someone to open it, but I get it. Don't run in, expecting to use the facilities.Food: 5/5

Place is a good McD's! Food is good, service is fast, even when they are super busy. We were there for the boat parade and the place was so swamped, but still had good quality food in very reasonable time. Impressed for McDonald's.Food: 4/5

Here at breakfast right now. Tried to order at the kiosk, saw that it wasnt working. When i went to the counter, the lady in the lilo n stitch sweater asked if i was paying with cash or credit. When I said credit she replied "order at the kiosk" then turned around to completely ignore me when i tried to explain the kiosk wasnt working. NO ONE would look in my direction as I stood at the counter for 5 min.

10am Sunday morning is a good time to visit.  Upstairs sitting area was not accessible. Not a lot of sitting area when upstairs is closed.  Grabbed a large coffee and it was hot and nice.

So, although last night's visit to this specific McD's was by far the best trip in the 2 years I've been going there.... I still can only give it 3 stars as of right meow.  But that is a great improvement from 3-4 months ago. Considering the last rating was definitely only a 1 star.

This place is gross and very dirty! The food is expensive and no one cleans the tables or sweep the floors. I thought going to a two story McDonald's in San Antonio was going to be a fin experience but it just made me not set foot in the restaurant ever again.Food: 1/5
