Initially extremely friendly, and probably great for simple issues however if you care about integrity, this probably isn't the place for you. They made me feel as though all they cared about was their money. I had an issue, I called several places after the issue I had and they all said the same, that the locksmith should have been more knowledgeable and the issue would have never happened, and after he made the wrong key, they should have offered to do it for the price of the key alone. Which they didn't but instead gave me the regular FULL price, matter of fact, the dealership ended up offering me a cheaper rate for the same thing and they weren't the ones who made the mistake. The owner of the locksmith company even ended up hanging up on me! Terrible costumer service in my opinion.

I have to give the gentlemen 5 stars, even though he couldn't really help me. It was not his fault. He did everything he could to make sure I was good before I left. See my truck did not come with keyless entry. He made a call here and there and helped me figure it out. I stilled paid for the service. I was glad to.

Very unprofessional and unwilling to assist I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could give a 0 star I would. All they care about is money. Money is the root of all evil I get that but to make your potential customers feel belittled is not nice and is plain unprofessional and rude.

They were fast, super courteous, and very helpful. They even helped me afterwards when my slow butt couldn't get the new key to work. I'm very glad I went to them instead of everyone else I checked out. They were more affordable, more polite, and would cut a key most everyone else in town refused to touch.

I don't make a habit of writing negative reviews, but it is warranted in this case. I have used them 4 times and had good luck until now, but i wont be back. I took in a piece of equipped to have the lock repaired, and when I picked it up an integral part was missing. I quizzed the young man behind the counter and he said he couldn't find it, but he'd ask the tech about it when he came in. 2 days later I go by there to get it, and they cannot find it. The manager on duty was indifferent, just shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know what to tell you". The gist is this, I brought an intact item in to be repaired, the item stayed in their possession until I picked it up, pointed out then that it was missing, they acknowledged that fact, and now don't seem to care. Based on how it must be removed, its my belief that a tech broke it during removal, and got rid of the evidence.  Use your own judgment...if they make it right, I will change my review.
