These people were extremely rude as all hell. I had come to make some keys remade that they messed up on and I was extremely nice and polite about it and these people were extremely rude and ignored me and acted like I was bothering and hassling them. Get a better attitude.

Lock pros.  Make all keys that I requested for at least 15 years now. New car keys, lost file cabinets, registered keys. They offer safes and installation.

EXTREMELY RUDE woman on the phone.  Basically when I asked what the price would be for clarification, she basically told me I could go somewhere else...very bad customer service.

Very Poor Service given by this locksmith company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Totally horrible. The worst service I have ever received! Very unprofessional. I will never hire this company again. Rates are too high just for a small job.
