I wish I didn't have to give them a star at all. Found out in August that the pipe connecting to the sewer line and my house weren't connected at all. Our sewage has been running into the dirt. Called JCW to let them know and to talk about the bill. This genius Supervisor proceeds to tell me that it still went in the pipes. When I asked her how that's when she said "it just does". When you call and ask them who they are regulated by it sends them into a tizzy with no real answers. Oh and the best one is they will send you to collection, then you end up in court and they have the best shady attorney that money can buy. And while you are in court on the KS side they are also in court on the MO side with the same case at the same time. I'm failing to understand what they do. Criminals are EXACTLY what they are!

This is a pointless government entity at its worst.  I have submitted the auto pay form 3 times; they seem to never receive it.  I frequently do not receive bills, bot in hard copy or electronically.  Therefore because of not receiving bills, and them not "receiving" or processing my auto pay forms, I frequently get a call from a collection agency saying I'm past due.  I already pay for wastewater services through the City of Olathe, and do not understand why I still pay the waste of space JCW.

I moved, a past due notice for my last bill was forwarded to my new address. I called to let them know that I never received the original bill, they waved the late fee and I mailed payment immediately. They sent my bill to a debt collector on the same day that payment was posted to my account.

Absolutely no help whatsoever from customer service.  Issues come up with our automatic draft arrangement consistently, like, every single billing cycle.
