I had a very good service until this last time. I went during the morning to get a vaccine, I was the second of three people who wanted to do the same.  They text message system told me it would be done in about 18 mins, and after 30 mins I got another text message telling me 9 more and then another one telling me 7.   They skipped me so I was the third on getting the service. It took them 1 Hour to take care of two people and 1:15 to call my name. When I was finally in front of the nurse, she asked me a few questions and she said she can not give me the vaccine until some results comeback. NO VACCINE AND 75 mins of my time wasted.  :(

Long wait times, smells of cigarette smoke, lobby looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages and needs more seating. Will not be utilizing again unless there's just no other way.

I wouldn't call and ask about immunizations if I were you... the lady is 100% rude and acts like you are ruining her day! There is no way I'm ever going to recommend this facility to any of my parents.

Upon arriving, do no expect great conditions. Furthermore, do not expect good customer service. The "doctor" I met with was also rude in her explanations, talking to me like I was a child or some uneducated person when I probably spoke better English and have a degree from a private university. I could probably do a better job at explaining things with more tact and compassion. She was not friendly off the bat, seemed like she was rushing me or didn't want to be at her job. I think they need to review guidelines on how to show care, attention and respect to all individuals who walk through their doors because they are lacking massively. Basic things to make their clinic better and it's in JOCO so I was expecting a little more class, not sass. Ha!  Overall, just get what you need to get done while you're there and don't expect much from this place or it's staff.

My wife is pregnant they make her a sugar test the biologist say that she is far to have diabetes or the nurse tell her you have diabetes and your pregnancy is high risk you have to come next week I have diabetes classes it's mine and you have to pay 100$ every week this is my class I don't work with insurance I buy glucometre from Walgreens and the diabetes of my wife don't exceed 131mg after eating it's cruel the doctor make her under street
