Johnson Jewelers has been well know for Custom work and Jewelry repair for decades. We specialize in jewelry design, custom repair and special orders.We also do insurance appraisals and watch repair all done by one of our dedicated Johnson Jewelers staff members. Battery replacements, Watch band adjustments and even small Jewelry repairs can be done while you wait. With over 90 years of combined experience, our family is here to serve all of your jewelry needs today.

Designed and purchased the ring I proposed to my fiancee with, at Johnson Jewelers. Johnson Jewelers is an excellent family run shop with extensive knowledge in the business. I have been back multiple times for cleanings or questions and they are always extremely helpful. My fiancee and I have already been back to work on a wedding band design and to purchase my ring as well. Highly recommended. -Tim

I've never given any business establishment a negative review, but I felt the need in this case to protect other Woodbury consumers from getting duped. I try to support local businesses whenever possible, so I thought it would be a good idea to go to Johnson Jewelers to have a custom wedding band made to match my other rings. I was quoted a price for the band (which was a bit high), but I was willing to pay it, hoping I would receive good-quality work and a jeweler I could continue to use in the future rather than driving all the way downtown. I was quoted a certain amount of money as a trade-in as well. When I went to pick up the ring, not only was it sub-par workmanship, but when I went to pay, the woman (owner?), refused to give me the price quoted to me by the guy the previous week, and significantly reduced the trade-in price, making my total bill a lot higher. I will never take the time again to deal with such rude, unprofessional, and dishonest people. If you don't want a bait-and-switch situation, and want decent customer service, go elsewhere.

I am so happy with the ring I bought at Johnson Jewelers of Woodbury. They were extremely nice and helpful. They took the time to go through options with me and didn't try to push me beyond my budget. Thank you so much to Laura for the great service! There is a reason why they were voted Best of Woodbury. I highly recommend.

Karen was very patient with me while going through the process of designing a wedding band for my wife's engagement ring, and the final product was of high quality. Looking forward to coming back for more custom work in the future.

I brought my ring here to get resized. They did a great job, but I was treated like crap by the owner. The woman who owns the business is very rude and will treat you like a monkey when you have a question. Even though they did a good job, I wouldn't take anything else here because I was treated so rudely. They are also very overpriced, $100 to get my ring resized. Yeah, no thanks.
