I'll start off with the pros of shopping at Shane Co. 
 - The staff is very knowledgeable about jewelry and seem sincere about teaching you to identify great jewelry
- They have a lot of patience with clients when trying to buy something. 
- Never been a hassle to get something repaired, and at no cost. 
- Never had to wait in line

Now the cons
- I'm very frustrated with the quality of products I've received from Shane Co. So far, the first ring I purchased had to be brought in 4 times for a broken band, and that ring was only worn for 2 years. At that point, they just had to replace the entire product. I was okay because this wasn't an engagement ring
- In October 2017 I purchased an engagement ring from them, for not a small sum of money. Since October (Almost 4 full months), I have had to bring this ring in once for a loose center stone, and am about to bring it in a 2nd time for a stone that has fallen out from the halo surrounding the stone
- The ring is never in rough use, my fiance wears a silicone ring during working hours, and during working out. It is taking off during showers and washing dishes, any vigorous activity. 

At this point it's frankly ridiculous. With how much I spent on this ring, let alone how much others are spending, I can't with 100% commitment tell anybody to go to Shane Co. if they are looking for something special. I know a lot of friends and family that have engagement rings, and have NEVER heard of them bring in one for repair or missing diamonds. It's embarrassing, and honestly it's stressful. Any time she puts on the ring I feel like I'm constantly watching her hand or worrying about if it's going to suddenly shatter if I just look in her direction.

Ok, so they are close to getting a 1 star in my most recent experience. I was assisting a friend in finding an engagement ring. The bands are very nice, didn't have any problems with those. My friend explained that he had a budget of X for a diamond around 1ct. I used to be a jeweler, so I know my stuff. We asked to see several diamonds by color and clarity around the 1ct range. What we got to look at was a bunch of diamonds in higher color and clarity, about $1500 above the budget. Then she proceeded to offer the financing option with ridiculous rates. Out of the 4-5 diamond grades we asked to see, she DID NOT bring out one diamond that matched our request. At this point we where frustrated and went to walk out. Then she tried to use some good old fashion sales pressure to get my buddy to buy the band.. I was not impressed by any of this and it led both me and my friend to question the motives of this young lady behind the counter. Will not be going back, end of story...

My boyfriend and I came here to pick out an engagement ring together, and it was a wonderful experience. The sales staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially since I didn't have a super clear idea of what I wanted, beyond white gold with a sapphire. We were able to find the perfect stone and band for less than I expected. I enjoy the free ring cleaning whenever we return, and we very deliberately came back to get my husband's wedding band. They were also extremely helpful when my insurance company wanted a more detailed appraisal, and got the information over to State Farm right away. Definitely recommend!

Stopped in to look for an upgrade on my current rings, of course Shane Co had exactly what I was looking for! Employees Justin and Rhyan were extremely helpful and took the time to make sure that we gained some knowledge on 🔹. My ring will be ready in couple of days how's that for service?! Highly recommend Shane Co! 😁

I wouldn’t make a significant jewelry purchase anywhere else.  I absolutely love Shane Co.  They have already treated me so extremely well, quality and service can’t be matched.  I bought a wedding ring 7 yrs ago and just stopped by to have it cleaned, without me asking, the jeweler dipped it in white gold to refresh it while I waited and the ring looks brand new again.  Trust me, this is where you want to go for a big purchase to get fair price, high quality and awesome service.
