I've needed their assistance several times over these many years.  They've always provided prompt and compassionate assistance.  They go the extra mile to make sure you are informed about your coverage choices and that your needs are met.

J & R is among the best insurance people I have ever worked with. The whole process is seamless for auto insurance. I would recommend them to anyone looking for prompt attention, friendly guidance and outstanding service.

This has been the worst insurance company I have ever worked with. In 2015, their only form of communication is the mail and regardless of the fact that they ask for your phone number and email address,  they neglect to use it to communicate or inform you of important information such as your insurance is going to expire or on the verge of being canceled. They claim that they care about their customers and all they want is their money. Stay away, there  are better insurance out there people.

I wish I could give Johnson and Rohan Insurance a quality rating of 10 instead of 3.  I cannot say enough great things about this agency. Johnson and Rohan has held all my insurance policies for over 10 years. Each time I call, they know immediately who I am, and will do everything they can to assist and resolve my question that very day. Their responsiveness and willingness to help is unmatched!!  Thank you to Don, Kevin and Charlie!
