I put the wrong address down and between the driver and the help center, they helped me an unbelievable amount. They arranged a place where i could pick it up within a half hour. This place is great, thank you!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to the best UPS employees in the region. They were able to help me get my package to me under severe time constraints after a delivery snafu on my end dealing with a case of wine needed for a wedding the next day. Courteous, friendly and helpful only begin to describe my experience with them. Thank you!

UPS is the ONLY delivery service I have any faith in.
The driver on my route is the nicest man ever and he has even stopped by to check on me if it has been a while since my last delivery just to make sure I am okay!

Ups does an amazing job at delivering. All the drivers are super nice. The driver delivers my sons big surprise gift. Saw that he was playing in the front yard and knocked on the door to tell me so we could bring it in the side with out him seeing. That was very thoughtful

I have my packages held for pickup there vs. having to wait for them to be delivered - and risk possible theft off my porch. The woman who's there weekday mornings is super-nice. I just wish they'd have a sorting crew that worked Saturdays - packages that come in after Friday midnight can't be picked up till Monday. Pain for those who have weekday commitments.
