Just wanted to say what a pleasure it is to do business with you!  I have used you 2 times now (I live in SC and my son and his family in Suffolk).  The most recent experience - I wanted to send a perennial  to my DIL when her grandfather passed away this month.  I ordered a simple African Violet.  What she got was not exactly what i asked for but was much nicer.  Thanks for making it easy to send flowers from afar and feel confident in the quality of the delivered product... No more 1-800 flowers for me!!!

I ordered a fall arrangement for my brother in the hospital.  The order did not get delivered in the time frame as promised.  When the order came the next day it was filled with overpowering lillies.  The smell was so much my brother had to put them in the bathroom.  When I placed the order which was a wire I specifically asked for no lillies and for the arrangement to be wild flowers.  When I spoke to the owner he said he could not deliver to my brothers house it was too far.  I did not want my money back I just wanted what I ordered. Wildfowers not roses, lillies and mum's which I could buy at a grocery store.
