I have used Pinner's for many years now for all different occasions and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their work. They have beautiful flowers at reasonable prices. They are a fantastic family owned flower shop and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your order.

I tried placing an order with them and the lady that answered the phone had an attitude and their selection was minimal at best i had to eventually just move onto another florist because they wanted me to agree to something that wasn't even close to what I originally asked for which is standard in the average florist. Low standard of customer service. And came up with a every reason they could not deliver it until i eventually just moved on.

I ordered twice from them, both times I ordered the premium upgrade, the upgrade turned out to be nothing more than an extra expensive with little substance, they fixed the first order after we complained. I used them once more with the same result, this time they refunded the purchase. I do not recommend them. They bought out Bennett’s Creek Florist and are ruining their good name, buyer beware.
