I have been a Johnson's customer for a while now.  I like watches and I like Seiko watches.  I have bought a number of watches from Johnsons and find their service and Seiko selection is spot on.  What I find you get every visit is personal service, the ability to hold and try on a watch, and very competitive pricing.  Not to mention they really do enjoy working with the customer to find the right product. They never mind when I seem to want to check out three or four watches in a visit. This service extended to an anniversary band purchase and even a money clip.   I have had jewelry servicing done there as well and found the same experience.  In short they represent what is best in a small local business.

The best customer service around! I have bought from Johnson's on several occasions and am always satisfied with products and expierence. I had a a custom engagement ring made with them about a year ago and it turned out incredible!

EXCELLENT ! They were recommended by a Rolex watch repairman that is presently backed up for 2 months.  I had a Gucci watch that was not working and let them know that I was not sure if it was because of the battery.  They found out that the last time the battery was changed (at another Jeweler in the area) they put a strap backwards.  The quality of service here is excellent.  One thing I really like is that (unlike other places where you do not see what they are doing) here you get to see the people fixing your watch or your jewelry).  We will come here from now on, and avoid the other place :-)
