My Fiancee and I were on the search for our wedding bands and stopped in.  The staff was more than friendly and helpful while taking the time to review what our interests were.  Fortunately they had an event where an outside jeweler came in and had the perfect wedding band for my bride to be.  It was a lovely experience and they did everything to work out no interest financing.  It was absolutely perfect :)  Thank you for making this part of our wedding journey everything we hoped it would be.

We love Reed's, but this location does not have customer service. We stopped by to get our rings cleaned here even though we purchased our rings at the triangle Town mall Reed's. The lady took them to the back for less than two minutes. When she came back, my wife's ring was still dirty. She said she cleaned it with a brush and a dilute solution. When inspecting the ring she got defensive and told us there was a defect in the stone. The ring is fine, she just moved the dirt around into clumps. Should be 0.5 stars.

I recently had some swelling in my fingers and my engagement ring and wedding band were cutting off my circulation to my finger, I ran from store to store looking for someone to cut the rings off for me. In the mall alone I was told it would cost me $50 at one place, another didn’t have the proper tools and almost took my finger off but didn’t manage to cut the rings. Reeds was my last stop before heading to the emergency room. The ladies there were so sweet and helpful. They had the proper tools and expertise to carefully remove both of my rings from my finger with keeping them in tact so that I can have them resized and then they showed me different ring options, from resizing my originals to using my original diamond in a new setting. Everyone was fantastic! Next time I am in the market for a ring (and I currently am weighing my options 😉) I will be heading to Reeds. A++ ladies - Tara

This is my wife's favorite jewelry store. She loves them more than any of the other major retailers. Always the first place she wants to go look. The staff is very friendly and once I had a small issue, but the assistant manager Sharon was able to resolve it for me. They have some rose gold pieces at this location which my wife loves and not every retailer carries rose gold. I would definitely stop in if you are looking to buy some jewelry, I've even bought a men's watch from here.

The manager Jay was really helpful and friendly.  They were not pushy and I appreciated that.  Great experience overall.
