Very disappointed with the lack of response and sloppy follow up. I had visited this firm to get a living will and Power of Attorney documents. It took much longer than what was promised and now after several months I am still hoping to get an editable copy of the will document so that I can correct typos on my wife's name across all documents. I can get a PDF software to convert the document to MS Word myself, but that's besides the point. The company is charging a hefty fee to my employer for providing this service. The least I would expect is a document without typos. Or if you're too busy to correct your mistakes, just give me an editable copy of the documents. It has been ten days since my last request and I am yet to get a response. I originally approached the law firm in April and as of mid August, I am still without accurate documents. I am guessing they didn't show this tardiness in billing my employer for the "services" rendered. 
Disappointed.

Joseph Johnston will NOT get the job done!  He lies!  I had to call and call to ensure my paper work was done and he hadn't even started it on the Monday of the week I was to move.  While loading the moving van, he still had not done my paper work that I had contacted him about a month prior.  My closing did not happen on time due to him.  He is rude and irresponsible.  Do not use his services!

We gave her 1500. and filled out everything we knew and she told me she could get the address of the person we were needing information from.  It's been six months and she is having us track it all down.  I think we could have found the information and filed ourselves for all the time and inconsideration.  We turned her in the bar association!

She is great! Honest and detailed and she has published opinions from the court of appeals and iowa supreme court. She is busy but she is worth the wait.
Forget about the review about Joe Johnson, he retired and has nothing to do with her practice.
