If you are looking for a mechanic in Idaho Falls Jon's is the place to go. It is hard to find a good mechanic but these guys are very honest and straightforward. Jon helped me with my truck, diagnosed it for free. Had the parts shipped there and fixed it very quickly and did not even want to charge me labor. I have never met a more honest mechanic in my life.

I love Johns, they are one of the few places I've been to that I really trust. That's worth it to me. The only reason it's not five stars is because they are usually quite busy and so it might take a few days to get the work done. If you have time and patience this is one of the best places in town.

Just got my truck back from Jon's and it runs great. Had a number of issues, from plugs and wires to electrical problems. It took a few days but was well worth the wait. I will recommend Jon's to anyone with vehicle problems. Thanks guys! I can drive back to Tucson with a clear mind!

star is even to much for a rating of how I feel about my experience of this place. My vehicle was towed in to this shop do to a sensor issue. My car literally sat at the shop and was allegedly being worked on for those 3 days. The sensor is a $20 part and only takes about 5 minutes to change out. I called a few times to see what the heck was taking so long and thats when Jon began to harass and threaten to take the new sensor out and put the old one in. I have never been the rounds with such a lousy mechanic and felt beyond mistreated. I fell beyond taken advantage of and you can guarantee I will never do business with this guy again.. My bill came to 200 bucks for a sensor and 5 minutes of work. What a rip off

Jon’s auto is honest, well priced, does professional work and stands behind their work. I wouldn’t take my cars or trucks anywhere else.
