I can't say enough about the firm of Jonathan Reiter. As an individual with no experience with law, I was nervous and didn't know where to start. I was pointed in the direction of Carol Stone, a fellow attorney at the firm of Jonathan Reiter. The combined expertise, passion and care of Carol and Jonathan exceeded all expectations. Reiter and his staff are truly caring, hardworking and clearly passionate about what they do. The Reiter firm represented me in a medical malpractice case due to my primary care physician’s failure to order the proper tests that would have detected a tumor. The failure to detect this tumor at an early stage caused me to lose my hearing in one ear. Mr. Reiter and his firm were able to obtain a significant settlement on my behalf.

Wonderful and professional law firm for to work with. The firm's attorneys are experts in handling sophisticated medical malpractice cases; which is critical due to the sensitive nature of the type injury normally of this nature.    

These are the key items you want which I why I rated the law firm so highly. 

1. Expert Staff In Medical Malpractice 
2. Cares About Clients  - these case are complex so going to a fly by night personal injury lawyer can be a disaster. 
3. They have taken med mal cases to trial and won. - You would be surprised by how many attorneys claim to be medical malpractice specialists yet simply source the case to a 3rd party lawyer for a cut of the money.  
4. Expert Witnesses 
5. They know the landscape if New York City. - If an attorney from outside from outside of New York tries to take a med mal case to trial without knowing the makeup of the medical landscape, it could cause a real issue.
