I was an Owner Operator with Jones Motor Group, I have only good things to say about this company and the people I worked with. Everyone from the Jones agents, to all the people in the office, these are sincere good people to work with. I had loads, I never had a problem with settlements. Every person in this company treated me like I was a person. I would re-sign with Jones Motor Group in a quick minute.

I called a load they told no time time get set up hanged up the phone on me...The load stayed on the loadboard for half an hour which I had a driver half an hour away from a pick up....???

I do not suggest for any truck driver to carry a load for this company liar deceiver and specially Patrick Gary account manager they messed up appointment time schedule they don't want paid detention wasting the drivers time exploring free labor out of drivers

Why is not shipper broker receiver being accountable for the west of drivers times 
Hare is now by 10/16/17 on Fort Worth Texas by kubota Tractor Corporation 8 o'clock appointment I picked up the load from Gainesville Georgia Friday they do went to unload because they messed up appointment time that not  my fault I'm to sit down with it I got to get paid load been booked by Jones Motors broker.
so I'm about to waste my time until maybe this afternoon they didn't want pay me now I asked for detention or need to put it on a storage you can pay and get it they. Start threatened me they're going to claim it to the insurance they go on file complaint on me and  it's been happening again and again why Department of Transport allow them to do that but not for driver to put our point of view of you what happened .
that's what I'm saying. 
regulation need Reformation shipper broken receivers Corporate America they need to be accountable wasting drivers time exploring free lever out of the drivers.
we need to have access to that complain web too so we can put points to defend ourself.
