I use this store for business and personal UPS. Even international shipments. Never had a bad experience.

We had an issue with a package being delivered to the wrong address.  We tried to resolve it and kept being told they would call us back after they checked the paperwork.  Guess what?   They didn’t call back.  We send packages through them every single month but they have gotten the last dollar from us.  If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

I use this location for printing a couple times a year.  The staff is always helpful, the jobs are done accurately, and I think the prices are very reasonable.  The $3 email fee is new, but when I can send multiple attachments,  printed different ways and quantities, and can still pay for it with a ten dollar bill, I really can't complain.  For as seldom as I print,  it's still more economical than buying a printer for home.  I do wish they opened earlier for those last minute "oh crap, I forgot to print __ before work" situations, but it is what it is, and it doesn't come up often.
