I just had nearly 2 feet of hair cut off and I love my new hair cut!!! You would think that someone who has had long hair for nearly 15 years would be in shock after getting that much hair cut off, but I absolutely love it!!! I had debated cutting my hair for years, but I am a perfectionist and I would rather do nothing than get butchered by someone, so I just never got my hair cut short the way that I wanted to. However, after watching a popular youtube beauty video, the girl in the video recommended Taylor from this salon for long hair cuts. Her hair looked great, so I figured I would go in and get a trim. I set up an appointment with Taylor for the same week for a trim, but after much pushing by my husband to just take the plunge and cut my hair short (I have been talking about it for our entire marriage), I called the salon ONE HOUR before my appointment to be sure that they would have hairbands that they didn't mind donating since I was planning to donate my hair (also something I had been talking about doing for years). 
I love what happened next! Taylor asked if I was wanting a bob haircut and after I confirmed that I wanted an angled, piece-y bob, she told me that she would have her mom do my haircut and fit me in at my appointment time, because her mom was great with short hair. Have you ever been to a salon where the stylist handed you over to someone who would do a better job on the haircut that you wanted, thus losing their commission and time for that day?!?! That's amazing to me! That shows me that they care more about you being happy with your haircut than making a buck.
Anyways, I got there at my appointment time and didn't have to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes, despite her mom fitting me in between her appointments. And I didn't feel rushed at all! Everyone was very friendly. I showed her mom (Sorry, I didn't catch her name, but I definitely will next time!) a few pictures of the haircut and style that I wanted and she did it perfectly! I also picked her brain on styling tips and she was so sweet and helpful!
I'm so glad that I took the plunge and cut my hair short, but I'm even more happy that I went to this salon to do it! I will definitely be coming back to this salon!
On a side note, I am probably too observant for my own good, but if you're wondering...This seemed like a great salon to go to no matter your age. There was an older lady (in her 80s?) in the booth behind me and a teenager next to me. Love that they do great with diversity!

This salon is AMAZING. I will seriously never go anywhere else to get my hair done again. More specifically, Taylor is amazing. She got my hair exactly how I wanted it. She is friendly and professional. The salon itself is well maintained with the best hair products and styling tools (hair dryers, flat irons, curling wands). They literally have the best of everything. It's beautiful inside too they did a great job decorating. The staff has awesome hair product knowledge even the stuff they don't carry. I wouldn't let Malori touch my hair because of history with her at a previous now non-existent salon but I love Taylor! Even their shampoo girl is amazing so be sure to leave a tip for her too :)
