I might buy a vehicle from here again, but I would never service my vehicle here again. After leaving my vehicle there for a couple days for warranty work, the mechanics still couldn't diagnose the problem. Actually it looked like they didn't even touch my vehicle for a day. Communication doesn't exist in the Service Department, however they were apologetic I'll give them that. In the end you'd be better off servicing your vehicle at another location.

I went here to find a car. All I found was a bad time. I was ready to make a deal but was treated like I wasn't worth their time. My credit is emaculate. I mean if it were a bird it would probably be a whooper swan one of the highest flying birds on earth (look it up. I mean it's not the highest flying bird but I mean it's up there.). Either way they came and convinced me that my best option would probably be a jeep. Why would you convince someone to go somewhere else if your pay is based on commission. I did just come back from installing insulation at my aunt's place and did resemble Crazy Eyes from Mr. Deeds. But still.... I bought a jeep instead. So I guess you sold me on something Jorgensen Ford. It just wasn't with you.

This has really bothered me over the past few years but I was actually recruited by the sales manager at Jorgensen ford and paid to write positive reviews for them. I was using fake names and accounts to avoid being traced. I apologize to anyone who I have mislead with my reviews and I hope everyone can find a more honest company to use for their automotive needs.

GM of Jorgensen's is an absolute snake! Not a place I would trust with my business. GM works on no morale bounds or good business ethics. I have been around this particular location for years and have had a chance to see how it is run and it is shameful.
