I purchased my vehicle in December of 2017 and I had Josh as my salesman.  From start to finish this was the best experience I have ever had walking into a dealership.  Josh listened to every concern I had about the kind of car I was searching for and was able to find a vehicle that fit my needs that day.  I’ve been back to have my vehicle serviced and was surprised with a complimentary car wash as well as excellent customer service.  I would recommend if anyone is looking for a great reliable vehicle and a place that makes you feel welcome this is the place to go.

Just purchased a new minivan with Caleb today and had an excellent buying experience. The first price he provided was absolutely in line with what I had researched online - and far more competitive than other dealers I had queried. Starting from what I felt was not a "game"  made the whole experience less stressful and he worked with me to a point where I felt the final cost was fair for both of us. The vehicle also came with an extended warranty other dealers couldn't match. 

In addition, Caleb came in on his day off to set me up with the new car. He took his time walking me through the features (Since my trade-in was 12 years old, I had a lot to learn!). All in all, a fantastic experience! 

We bought a car from Richfield five years ago and they gave us the best price then, too. Highly recommend.

We purchased a Honda Pilot from Rodney Jackson yesterday and he provided us with wonderful customer service from start to finish.  Buying a car is a much longer process than I would like, but Rodney was phenomenal at keeping us informed every step of the way.  The F&I Manager (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name) we worked with also did a great job of reviewing our options - all very low-pressure - and making recommendations based on the vehicle we purchased.  We highly recommend Rodney and Richfield Bloomington Honda!

My experience was great. Dan was awesome. Gave me a rental car once I found out it would take 4.5 hours to do the B14 service. He got me in a car I was very interested in considering buying for my next car. He had the rental washed and had my favorite station on when I got into the car. He tried calling me several times after I left the dealership and left me a vm message stating the cost of service would be less than the quote but also that the part wasn’t going to be available until the next morning and he  wanted to make sure it was okay for me to stay in the rental car until next day. His attention to all these personal details made me feel valuable. When I came the next day to pick up my car the estimate was indeed less than the original quote and my car was washed and ready to go. Love my dealership!!

Highly recommend working with this group. Drew G. helped find the perfect car for my budget and made the process so quick and easy. This was my first experience of purchasing a (used - but new to me) car and I absolutely love my 2013 Civic. I had a minor incident due to bad weather the day I purchased the car - I came back to have it looked at, thinking some snow or ice was stuck underneath the car. It ended up that I must have hit a fairly large piece of ice because the shield protecting the undercarriage was completely shattered. They replaced the shield for me at no cost due to how quickly the incident happened after the purchase (obviously this kind of repair is not covered under warranty). I am greatly thankful and impressed with this dealership. I had also gotten a second opinion from a trusted mechanic to do another inspection (can't be too careful) and it passed with flying colors. Honest and great group of people working here! Keep it up!
