I rented a tuxeo for my weidding from this location.The staff was nice and professional during the selection and fitting. When I went to pick up the tux the day before my wedding it was sized entirely wrong. After two unexpected hours on a busy day it was as good as it was going to get. All my wedding pictures now have me in a baggy, ill fitting tuxedo. I recomend you go somewhere else.

I have been shopping at the Jos Bank Waterford store and have always had a great experience.  Their staff is always knowledgeable and bend over backwards to make sure I am satisfied.  Recently we were going to a James Bond inspired celebration and the's guys really came through with renting a 007 like tux in a short amount of time and at a very reasonable price.   I would recommend this store to anybody.

I went into this store with the clear intention to purchase suits for myself and my groomsmen.  I had chosen Jos. A. Bank specifically because of their large number of stores around the country.  I had 5 groomsmen around the country and all we needed was a standard charcoal suit that I was assured would be an easy task for the company.

lo' and behold: A week before my wedding, I find out that of the 5 groomsmen, 4 had the wrong suit, and of those 4, there were three different varieties.  Shame on me for not checking with my groomsmen sooner, but shame on the company for being so incompetent. 

I had to manage far more in the last week, specific to our suit fiasco, than I would have ever thought necessary.  There was little help from the multiple stores that I had to visit to sort this mess out.  I certainly would not recommend the chain to anyone, unless you plan on having all of your groomsmen come into the same location, work with the same individual, and you supervise the entire process personally.

All said and done, even with the ineptitude presented by the staff, I was able to sort out the issue and the wedding was a success:)  But I certainly wouldn't credit the store with any of that success.

I've been a loyal banks customer for about 10 years and this store has the beat customer service out of the dozen I've been to over the years. I picked up my first 2 customs there today!!
