Worst customer service ever experienced. First time I went the one man would not take a second to measure me stating he was busy so I had to return another time to get measured after a one hour drive.. ridiculous! Now they tell me my order is ready I return and the same man is there . He doesn't not acknowledge me when I enter and states he was busy helping other customers in an empty store yet again!! Turns out they couldn't find my order so I have to go there again! 4 trips when it should have only been 2. Awful do not go where for your wedding.

bought a suite here, the pants did not fit well, I asked if I could get them tailored to fit. And the lady said it was impossible. Now I have a suite with baggy pants I will never wear.

Such a great experience and one stop shop. Got everything taken care of for the guys in the wedding. Larry did a fantastic job and is extremely professional.

Went to go get sized for a suit today for my sisters wedding coming up in April ... I need big and tall and the girl seemed to just want to push me out the door and order it online... I asked if we could just order it in store and she just ignored me ... I was told that I would be able to order the size and color I needed online ... got home to order it online where I come to find out that it really isn't available ... I called the store and they claimed the suit sold out in the 10 minutes it took to drive home ... not very helpful ... should have gone across the street to Destination XL....
