I walked into the store and was greeted by two young ladies, but after that, not one person would help me to look for anything. Not once was I approached by a floor sales associate. They all stood in the back of the store and ignored me. Could not find any type of order the clothes were in. Felt I wasn’t worth the time or effort for a sale. Will not be ever going back to that store.

Very poor management & customer service. It was clear at every step of our experience there that competence is lacking in the entire "management" staff. First, the tuxedo fitting was a whirlwind experience. The guy was either really high strung or high on something. He sent us home with half of what we paid for & left the rest there for alterations. When we went to pick up they had us as a rental even though we purchased the tuxedo & accesories. I returned the rented bowtie late because my son thought he lost it. Tried to pay for it but they told me I would have to come in store to do that. Found bowtie & went to return it & they told me I owed a $200 late fee. For a bowtie. That I returned after hearing from no one in the store about it, more than most people would've done. This is how I was treated after spending over $500 in their store in one trip. Go to Bridgestreet if you have to shop at Jos A Bank. This store is a joke.

Incompetent. I was a groomsmen and it took over an hour to get measured because they were preoccupied making small talk with other customers. The groom had taken care of the deposit but they claimed they couldn't see it and refused to send our measurements until we paid. They wouldn't accept measurements we told them either, it had to be done by their substandard, unqualified staff. Not a single one of the groomsmen's suits fit correctly. I bet they don't even like Tom Hanks.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Took my wedding party 6 months in advanced, paid in full, all to find out that our order wasn't in the system, they tried getting us to repay, I had to call them 5 times during those 6 months to correct the order, my wedding party had to get remeasured twice then we had a late delivery on the suits, got everything a day before the wedding just to have everything absolutely wrong, and they didn't do anything to fix it. I had to deal with groomsmen mix matched and missing jackets and suits
