For the most part I enjoy the products I get from PacSun and GENERALLY I receive good customer service...however, in this location the service is awful! You either get somebody who is just too wrapped up in being the laid back skater kid that works 15 hours a week and obviously doesn’t get compensated enough for their job to listen or care about you or what you need OR you get somebody that will help you and then literally walk away from you mid sentence. I guess it all chalks up to the management team...spoke to a girl that claimed to be the manager (if she was the manager maybe the hiring managers need to be re-evaluated) but again, no luck on any help. She acted as though I was being a nuisance or a problem just for asking her to do her job. I think if PacSun doesn’t come in and clean house and get people that actually care about their job and their customers, this location will close down very soon!

The workers did not say ANYTHING to me until I checked out. Not one word. 2 of them were even right next to me at one point and said nothing. When I go in to stores I like workers to actually say hello or something to me. Very dissapointing.
