I have been in this store on 71st in Tulsa 3 times with mixed results. 

First: this store does not honor a military/veterans  discount unless you are 100% service disabled. Contrary to what their website suggests.

Second: The older gentlemen that works in this store has no idea nor a clue on how to manage the customers that come in this store. The first time I came in to be fitted for a suit for a wedding I waited a extremely long time while they finished hang clothes up. Once I did get to try on a suit they said I would have to come back to be fitted for alterations instead of measuring right there with the ones I had on. They told me they would call me once i could come back for alterations (fast forward 2 weeks) no one called me so I called them and they said that it was in and ready for me to get my alterations (no idea on how long it had been sitting there).

Third (good experience): I came back into this store to get my alterations and was treated by a lady who did the alterations. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes.

Fourth: After a week of waiting for this store to call me I decided to call them to see if my suit was ready. I was answered by the older man in this store who told me it was in and ready to go. I came up the next day during my lunch hour to pick and again waited while one lady checked out another customer and 1 man answered the phone and the older man kept hanging up clothes. It wasn’t until the lady said something that the older man acknowledged I was there. I told him I called the previous day and he remembered I had called and told him I was here to pick up my suit. Lo and behold, the older man couldn’t find my suit and in fact he got my name mixed up with someone else’s... needless to say my suit won’t be ready until 6 days before the wedding I’m in and at least 5 weeks after my initial fitting and purchase.

I again DO NOT recommend this store for a various number of reasons starting with poor customer service and lack of veteran/military appreciation it says it has.

Great store, great management. I watch for sales, the sale prices combined with the rewards program can create some really good prices. Quality is first here also.

The measure of a good clothing store should not be how they service the sale, but how they service the client after the sale. Tonight, Jos. A. Banks fell miserably short in service. We were trying to return a shirt for an even exchange, but the man helping us could not seem to figure out how to do that. He blamed us because the clerk that orginially sold the item didn't get a phone number to put in the system. He grumbled, complained about other customers he had waiting, we didn't jump in line, we waited our turn. He slammed the key board and monitor and finally, after managing to get the return completed, he shoved the receipt and bag at us and walked away. So disappointed in the unfriendliness we encountered. Apparently all the holiday cheer and goodwill has vanished.

Staff was rude and inattentive. I asked about the fit of their polos and I was told it was regular, with no offer to try one on. They certainly lost my business.
