Rented a pricy tuxedo for our wedding... everything came in completely wrong!  The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the assistant manager was excellent in helping us remeasure, reorder.. he was great!  All the other employees only cared about getting funds and then they are rude and very poor customer service. Word of mouth is everything

I came in looking for dress shirts. I specified that I needed them today. The older Asian man who was the only one working was extremely unhelpful. He kept trying to show me catalogues of everything he could order. I don't care about what you can order, I care about what you have in stock right now (which is virtually nothing small). I left without buying anything.

I really like jos. A. Bank products, but this location seems to have a sparse variety of styles.  I've gone in to buy several suits, but end up leaving to look at their catalog or go elsewhere.
