I've shopped at this location for over 28 years. I would say that my experience on Friday November 24, 2017 has changed my opinion, I can't image a situation that would compel me to spend money at that store again. They had computer problems and rather than being helpful (trying paper copies of coupons because of lack of access to the on-line wallet), they argued that all the prices were correct and coupons wouldn't work. It was disappointing, I guess that is why on-line is taking over brick and mortar. oh well

Male manager is a jerk. I asked him for a sales person's name that I had worked with a few weeks prior. I wanted them to get the sale. This jerk wouldn't tell me their name. Sales person gave my wife a business card. I wanted to buy my wife a Christmas gift and didn't want her to know. So I couldn't ask her the name. That would ruin the surprise. That's ok jc penny's caries the same thing. JACKASS MANAGER.

Deborah was so incredible helpful despite us having no luck. Many wonderful recommendations. I will definitely come back. Just not for dress pants.

This location always great sales going on. The staff is always very helpful. They offered to order a couple of things they didn't have in stock. I've never been disappointed shopping here.

Nice little neighborhood Macy's. I like going here because it's never large crowds. The staff is friendly. I might not find everything I want but that's okay because I usually shop on line anyway.
