I generally have good experiences here, until this time. I tried to return a pair of shoes after wearing them for one day because they were extremely uncomfortable and the store wouldn't take them back because of the most minor wear on the bottom of the heel. Spoke to customer service and they said it was up to the store whether or not they would honor the return. The second time I tried one of the salesmen said they had already talked to the manager and they would not honor the return. How can you expect a loyal customer to spend $130+ on a pair of shoes and then deny them a return after one day of use. That is unacceptable when it comes to any high-end item - be it clothing, electronics, etc. Any store that respects their customers would have suffered the loss, or at least found a way to accommodate the customer. If i wanted to flush my money down the drain, I would've gone to the bank and found a sink. I will no longer be shopping with this company - there goes another loyal customer.

This was my first time in a JoS A. Bank store and I will definitely be coming back. They had a great selection of dress pants and suits at reasonable prices. Staff were attentive and offered to steam press the pants I'd bought and then hang the pants and coat (which I hadn't bought from them) in a protective bag.

I stopped by here one night to buy a topcoat on sale. The two salesmen working for very helpful and professional. They knew my measurements at first glance and made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Good service is hard to find these days but these guys still provide classic old school service.
