I'm not usually one to write reviews, but for this I felt compelled. I'm in a wedding who used joseph a bank for the groomsmen's tuxes. When I went to get fitted the lady was very nice, had a very pleasant experience. When I went to go pick up the suit the gentlemen made me feel like I was bothering him (I guess he worked in sales so his pay is commission based and I was a waste of his time). When I told him that the shoes didn't fit he told me I might be "out of luck". He eventually found a size 12 that fit me, but he handed me two right footed shoes, when I asked if I could have a left, he said those are "promo's" and that he doesn't have the left shoe? While I was changing back he went to the manager and returned to offer me to "rush deliver" the right size shoes with a rush delivery fee of 30$ ($55 total to RENT a pair of shoes, might as well just buy new ones!).  Then lastly as he sat down to ring me up he placed the suit on his knee which eventually ended up sliding to the floor!! I immediately asked if I could hold it so it wouldn't get wrinkled. It was an absolute joke, I would rather learn how to sew a suit myself than buy one from that location. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. Spend a few extra dollars and go to a private suit shop that might care even a little bit, because this place is a joke.

I had a great experience here recently.  I am not sure if it is a family franchise.  Very helpful.  Very accommodating.  Prices comparable to online prices.  Great clearance bargains.  For me Jos Banks is a middle of the road for clothing quality/price mix.  This store had a good range of clothing.  For me business casual.  Stop in, you will get treated well.
