I would find another location! Staff is bit dated and not in touch with modern suit stiles. The women when I waked in to greet me was quite rude.

I argued with their tailor to take-in my slim fit jacket, which was very lose. He refused even though all the other stories have in the past and they fit and look great. I have had a good experience at Jos A. Banks in the past but this place is not one of them! I will look to a near by location in the hopes of better service, maybe a store with a younger staff that understands how a modern suit should look and fit. These guys clearly don’t get it!

The staff at this location were very rude. In general, suits from Joseph A Bank are a good buy when an especially good sale is going on. I would recommend them for a job out of college. Be careful, the pants run small and the shirts run baggy.
