I came here because I was under the impression that Jos A Bank was one of the best places to get a tailored suit. Boy was I wrong. Customer service is a joke! I won't say his name, but the older guy "helping" me was a little insulting and extremely pushy to keep buying stuff. I just needed a suit and he was determined to make me buy a tie and shirt and shoes. He rang up the price of all these things I didn't ask for and I told him after 5 times that I was just there for the suit and nothing else. He was obviously annoyed that he had to delete these items after scanning them but I didn't care. Anyways, the suit was supposed to be ready in a week. 8 days later, one of the workers called me to tell me the suit was ready. I drove 30 minutes to this place just to be told that it wasn't ready. It's pretty obvious they're extremely unorganized. They asked me to hang out for a few hours to finish it but I just said I wanted a full refund. I was extremely disappointed with this store and I don't recommend to anyone. You're better off buying a suit anywhere else and having it tailored at a local tailor shop.

Customer service was horrible, there was a huge dude with no smile in his face or any kind of conversation. At last I asked him whether he was the boss or works there, he said he works there. He was upset when I wanted to try one more shirt. That's what you are there and paid for 🙄 There was other older gentlemen helping other customer, he seem nice though. If the CS was nice I would have bought few more things, just left with what I need !!

When you go in ask for Gina Dunford!! I will never go to any other suit store for anything else!! I got better service at this store than almost anywhere I have ever shopped! She is professional, knowledgeable, and has very great customer service skills. I ended up buying 4 suits from her and a few shirts to go with!

Crappy quality suits and rude sales people. Save your hassles and go somewhere else.

In regard to customer service, there absolutely is none available at this location. My first visit was to pick up a tux rental and I was the first customer to walk in the store for that day, as they had just opened minutes before. There were three employees and even after looking directly at me no one said anything to me. I walked across the store to where one employee had just sat down and I initiated conversation to tell him that I was there to pick up my tux. By the end of my time in the store I had dealt with two of the employees and both of them seemed bored the entire time. I'm an enthusiastic person and very sociable, but these gentlemen were difficult to interact with. At no point did anyone care that I was there doing business with them. My second visit was for the return of the rental tuxedo. Again, I received a complete lack of customer service and the man I dealt with (whom I recognized from my first visit) gave me the same cold approach. Once I got my receipt I decided to do a little test, so I asked him about the possibility of purchasing a suit and tux and whether he thinks I should go to the higher volume Dallas location or if this location would suffice and his response verbatim was, "this location is fine" without any sort of enthusiasm or inflection. His answer tells me two things: 1. He lacks any consideration for my experience and quality of service during a large purchase such as the one I suggested. 2. He cares so little for his job and company that he does not wish to provide me with any reason at all to make my large purchase at the location in which he works. TLDR; The Highland Village Jos. A. Bank requires immediate restaffing.
