The store is a pretty good location. We had some pictures taken at this location which came out very nice. The store seems to be organized and not too cluttered. It is a bit smaller than other types of stores that we've shopped inside at the mall.

I wanted to say thank you and highlight the compassion of one of the associates at the JC Penney Highland Village location. Barbara, who I believe is a manager, offered to help me find some matching pants for a suit jacket. I ended up choosing to buy a suit for 40 percent off. I later told Barbara that the suit would be for a funeral in the next few days. Her kindness and patience in helping me find a nice outfit was so uplifting. It was my first time shopping at JC Penney, but I can say it will not be my last. The cashier was also extremely kind and helpful.

A bunch of young kids working! I stayed in like over 20 min till finally one of the teens realized it was time to call for Backup! Also girl didn't ask my Rewards I had to remind her. Almost was as if I worked there and she wad buying.

Amanda went above and beyond for me today in the shoe department. She even chased me down in the store after finding the last of 2 pairs remaining after I abandoned the search! Perfect customer experience.
