We bought our groomsmen suits here. They gave us a solid deal, but the service was okay (we weren't notified about suits being ready for fitting or pick-up). I was very impressed with the lady there, Yaidi (not sure if that's the correct spelling). I told her we needed a very specific tie for the wedding, but they only had two there. She called all of the JABs in the area and reserved 4 ties for us. We made the trip to pick up the ties at the surrounding stores, then they price adjusted it at Cherry Hill to give us the original deal. This lady went ABOVE and BEYOND and we weren't even "her" customers. I needed to give her a shout out.

Mustafa is fantastic, anyone who says otherwise is just a bad customer. Working in retail for 5 years prior there ARE bad customers. We just cant say it to you're face.

Second, prices are high so if you can't afford it, dont say its overpriced, go shop in you're price range. Thats like going into a Louis Vitton and but making 50k a year and saying its too expensive.

My brother decided to use Jos.A.Bank for tuxedos for his wedding.  The day before the wedding I went to get fitted with two other groomsmen.  The person who was working there, I believe Mustapha was his name, at the time seemed very uninterested to help us out during the fitting, he simply gave us the tuxes and told us to try them on.  One of the groomsmen flew in from Salt Lake City which unfortunately is where Jos.A.Bank had his tux delivered.  Once we found this out I immediately asked Mustapha if there was anything at the store that could match the tuxes.  He was reluctant to check and simply said we could probably work something out if the tux didn't come in by the next day as they had it overnighted.  The catch was that we would have to pay full price for a suit that matched wich was more expensive than the cost of renting the tux.  I told him that the price difference was not acceptable and that this was there fault and we should not have to pay any money for there mistake.  Mustapha went on to tell me that he could not negotiate prices and there was nothing he could do to try and help us.  Luckily the tux came in the next day, Saturday, but when the groomsman tried it on Mustapha told him that he was out of luck if it didn't fit as the tailor does not work Saturday's, news which would have been good to now before the day of the wedding in case adjustments did have to be made.
Mustapha also did not want to help out with the fitting.  When I tried my tux on I had to wonder around the store to locate him.  I told him that the jacket arms were too long and they would have to be taken in.  He didn't even bother to ask if everything else fit and seemed bothered by the whole experience.
The lack of customer survis at this place is amazing especially for the price we were paying.  I would not recommend Jos.A.Bank for tuxedo rentals.

poor quality, high prices.  $250 for a polyester tux is outrageous.  I brought the suit back on the next business day and they charged me an additional $40.
