Road Runner Sports not might not be the indie running store in your neighborhood, but their customer service and amazing return policy for VIPs makes all the difference. I had been running in a pair of shoes purchased from Road Runner Sports for a few weeks and realized that I actually hated them. I brought them back to return these and try a different pair. Even though the store was very busy, manager Kelly gave me lots of attention and space to find my new perfect long run shoe. They also donate used shoes to Back on My Feet, an amazing local organization that organizes community running events.

So today was my first time at Road Runners and I have to say it was AWESOME !!!! My sister brought me there and I was helped by Marla. She is so sweet and funny all at the same time. She was also super informative and helpful. She helped me get my custom insoles and hand picked two pairs of sneakers for me. I had some problems with my previous sneaks and socks. Marla listened to ALL of my sneaker issues and offered solutions. It was great- the people in there were all very nice too. Marla later on helped me pick out some sports apparel. Again she was super informative and offered tons of solutions. All in all this place is the place to go for sports gear - plus Marla is there!!! I'll be sure to send my family and friends here soon!!!

I normally love really road runner and I used the cherryHill store even though it’s a further ride. however today I was very disappointed, I felt I was bother the staff the one guy was not helpful at all a a little dismisses as well. Every timer asked a question I got a quick short answer. Ever time I asked for an opinion on a shoe it wasn’t s thought out one like the past. Guess I will shop see me where else.

Came into the store and signed my son for Shoedog. The rep told me it would take 30 minutes before he could be seen. We waited more than 50 minutes before a representative came down. I also found out that a customer came after me and was signed up after us and was taken care of before my son. I am not sure how this process works but we weren't taken care of at all well.

Experience was good, greeted right away and taken care of within minutes. The person who helped me decide on a sneaker was great, she brought out 4 pairs for me to try on and was very patient. Prices were good, but noticed on the receipt after I left that I was charged for the VIP Rewards program, which is ok, but I was never told there was a charge for it. So was a little annoyed to find out I was charged for something that I was not aware of. I also told the salesperson I did not want to spend more than $200 and even with my military discount it came out to over $250. Looked online when I got home and saw that I was sold the newest version of sneaker when I could have been offered the most recent version for about $40 less. I'll probably just take it all back and go elsewhere.
