Soooo, where do I begin.  I had an amazing experience at thisssss store.  I had the manager was absolutely perfect level headed awesome dude.  Everyone here was awesome. 

 So when my brother went to another store in his neighborhood, his experience trying to get his suit was horrendously awful.  I called the store in Norcross georgia and they were the most incompetent group of losers I ever dealt with.  Spent hours on the phone ensuring my brothers suit would arrive.   dealt with an absolute awful jos a bank in goergia... they were liars and people that didn't know how to use a computer.  My brother spent an hour in their store just waiting for someone to look up my wedding date and name.  In the end they gave him a suit.  The wrong one... someone else's suit to another wedding actually.  Sorry who ever isn't getting their suit for their wedding.... 

Howwweeevveerrrr, jos a bank in camphill was a God send and an amazing group. they got my brother suit expedited to their store credited me his suit back and everything wennnttt aaammmaazziinnnggg!

Friendly Staff.  They could pay attention to the details a bit more.  But over all a good experience.

The guys here offer a great set of clothing options. I stop in every few months to pick up a new suit as I wear out my old ones. They are very helpful with a fairly good turnaround in getting alterations done.

I had a terrible experience there today. Attendant with an attitude who knew better than I did whether a shirt fit me. I went to Macy's instead.Which is a shame, because only a few weeks ago I had the best service ever in this shop with a lovely young woman who was not only helpful, but had an eye for color, design, coordination, etc. What a difference an employee can make.
