We chose Jose Babushka's for its diverse and eclectic menu that was featured online. My family and I were celebrating my birthday and we were excited to try the fun fusion of the two cultures.

It was extremely disappointing to find only one somewhat Polish item on the menu. There was no explanation and it did not appear as if the menu was special for that weekend. 

Had we wanted to go out strictly for Mexican food; there are many other places that offer better choices.

We came here for our anniversary dinner & it was amazing! The waitress was awesome & recommended some great dishes) dessert. Definitely a place to check out!

Went here a while ago by myself. I was one of 6 guests in the entire establishment, which, in hindsight, should have been a warning sign. The server, a middle-aged blonde woman seemed to have no idea what was going on. When I asked what beers they had on tap, she said that she “honestly didn’t know” but that she would go check. After waiting 10 or so minutes, the hostess seemed to notice I didn’t have a drink and asked if I would like one. Oddly enough, she knew what was on tap and returned with the beer I requested. 

5 minutes later, the blonde server comes back and seems puzzled that I have a beer (despite the fact that she had clearly forgotten about me). No biggie, it happens, especially when it’s just a single guest by themselves. I ordered my meal, only for her to come back 5 minutes later and tell me it was 86’d. Alright. Ordered a second choice, their take on a Fundido de Chorizo, which was aesthetically pleasing but really bland. 

My glass probably sat empty for a good 10 minutes while the server meandered back and forth, and eventually it seemed to occur to her that perhaps I might want something else to drink. Eventually she returned with another drink and then was gone again until quite a while after I was ready to leave. 

I would be willing to give it another try but a couple of my friends have been there recently and had a similar experience; food that is just okay, and service that was laughably bad.

Decent options. Chicken BBQ taco was really good. The loaded fries with ground beef was yummy.

The food is very good, but I don't like the atmosphere. Chairs are constantly scraping over the floor. There's no sound dampening and the place is just loud. Not great for any kind of relaxing meal.
