We had travel plans to stay there in mid-April. With the lovely Michigan weather we got faced with an ice storm that same weekend. The staff here was so understanding and accommodating to it! We arrived about 20 minutes early for check in because we gave ourselves extra time to get there with the weather. The checkout day there was a quarter inch of ice on my car from the storm getting worse overnight. We asked if we could do a late checkout to not get on the road so fast and try and and let the storm pass and the staff agreed! It was so kind! Thank you so much to the amazing staff!

Staff was friendly and professional. The room was very nice. I really loved the mirror in the bathroom. The location is pretty close to downtown GR, but the parking lot is a little awkward to get into because it's shared with another business. Definitely would stay here again.

This place is beautiful! Great customer service, very clean. Little shop for goodie or something you might have forgotten and also a nice little bar and restaurant. I will definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful newer hotel, good water pressure, pleasant staff. I found the pillows a little soft. Rooms were decent sized and they mostly have dual queen bed rooms. The single kings get taken pretty quickly. Would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with great dining options in the hotel or right next door. Rooms were brand new and the snack shop has more choices than any Hilton property I have ever seen. The food was great and the staff pleasant.
