Michael Jones rebuilt our powder room toilet, and it's been working perfectly.  We then moved on to replacing our hot water heater - long overdue.  Michael, assisted by Anthony, did a beautiful job in the basement, not only with the replacement, but in correcting a couple of valves that were leaking due to a previous renovation.  They arrived on time, did great work, and were friendly and helpful throughout.  I would strongly recommend this team for any plumbing job, small or large.

Timely, polite and knowledgeable service.  Sean M was very thorough with diagnosing the problem and explaining how to fix it, along with the cost.  Although I added on some additional maintenance services during the repair, I didn't feel I was being up-sold like I have with other technicians from other companies.  Great experience...will use them again.  Keep the customer friendly culture you have going...

I felt that our recent visit from Joseph Giannone Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning was very productive. We needed a second opinion on some things happening with our HVAC system that the builder of our new construction home can't seem to explain. John L. explained everything he was seeing and was very open and also showed us exactly what he was seeing. He answered both mine and my husband's questions and was very patient with us. He didn't try to push any services onto us and was very professional. He was mindful of tracking dust/dirt from outside into our home and also was mindful of our dog. I am happy with the service plan that the company offers and feel confident that we are in good hands if any future work or assessments are needed.

Ryan and Jim did a great job checking over my heating and cooling systems.  Yes, they found problems that I hoped would not be there in my 15+ years old system.  Such was the professionalism and easy manner of these two gentlemen that I felt at ease agreeing to repairs and replacement without seeking another price quote.  I felt confident I could trust them.  And they did present me with several options.  I liked that.   I'll let you know as things move forward now it goes.
