I called the office of Josh Carter with State Farm and was connected with Victor.  We were looking to switch our home and vehicle insurance from a 'big box insurance".  Victor was incredibly knowledgeable in his role and I felt supported and guided in making decisions.  I left the office feeling at ease knowing that we were with an insurance company that actually cared and was local!  I've needed to reach out several times and each time received immediate response and resolution!  Can't say enough positive great things about Victor! Thank you, thank you!

Josh Carter and his team are true professionals in the insurance business. They take the time to understand their customers needs and then match up the appropriate plan. Others say they need 15 minutes of your time to save you 15%, but what do you truly get for the 15 minutes? Josh will take the time and make sure you understand your coverage's. Not the case with the 15 minute guys they are just looking for away to save you 15% which might cost you more when you really need your insurance plan to help!

Not only is he smart but he's good lookong too! Amazing customer service, super friendly environment and great rates! I wouldnt go anywhere but to Josh Carter!

I enjoy every time I call this office. Not just because an agent there is a good friend of mine, this office provided sensible solutions to what I have needed with prompt responses, great accessibility, as well as a friendly atmosphere. Their products are comparable to others, but a no-nonsense approach they presume is refreshing when making a decision that affects lifestyles and livelihood. I am pleased to be a customer of the Josh Carter Agency.

Josh Carter has truly taken care of our families insurance for many years. He is always ready to answer our call no matter what the need. We had a tree fall on our house during a recent storm, one call to Josh and it was like I had just said "like a good neighbor, State Farm is there". 

Now only if I could get a Hot Tub!!!
