If you are planning on selling your home anytime soon I would HIGHLY suggest to use the Josh DeShong team.  My agents were Jacklyn and Matt.  I had already moved to Louisiana and selling my house and not being there was a breeze!  They always kept me informed!  Like I said I HIGHLY recommend them!!

After choosing a discount broker who completely messed up our listing by describing our 4 bedroom house as a 2 bedroom for starters, we were finally able to cancel the listing and go with Jackylen at the Deshong team who brought us 2 full price offers within a couple days on the market. Matt from their office was great to be keeping us posted through the entire process. 
Great experience and I highly recommend them.

I have already recommended Robert Muzyka and the rest of Josh DeShong's team to my friends and family. 
Robert was very responsive and flexible. In total, we toured 4 homes, put offers in on 2, had both accepted. We backed out of one due to structural damage on the home. Even over the Christmas holidays, Robert would respond within 2 hours. He was available via text, email, phone call. The best thing about working with Robert and his team was the reliability- if he said he was going to do it, it was done immediately (or he would give you an expected time frame). We are also first-time homebuyers, and needed someone to guide us through the process. Robert always worked in our best interests. Go with Rob & you will not be disappointed!

I was lucky to work with Josh DeShong real Estate, couldn't get any better service and experience. I worked closely with Robert Muzyka, he's one of the best agents I have ever met, he's 100% responsive, and accept any short notice viewing requests, he's honest and professional and really looks for the customer sake and benefit. I would recommend for anyone willing to buy a house, especially if you are a first time home buyer, he's rich of knowledge and he's flexible, and have high tolerance for many questions anytime.
