There's not much to do here if you don't go on the tour. Tours are the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month at 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm only. Tickets are $10 a person, which is a bit pricey but you get to walk around the entire house and the money goes towards preserving the property and such. The tour is really neat and you get a lot of information about the Joslyn's and how the house was built. I would definitely recommend coming to see the house all decorated for Christmas because it is absolutely beautiful the way they have it decorated. It's a neat property and interesting to learn more about the local history.

Beautiful grounds enjoyed by neighborhood and out-of-towners like me. Large Scottish inspired castle, originally a private estate is available for tours and events, Grounds open daily well into evening. Gardens here are colorful and well maintained though dramatically modified from original estate design. Parking and grounds free

Beautiful place. One of the best spots in Omaha NE. We were not able to tour the place, I believe you have to call ahead, but the surrounding area was nice. I would encourage everyone to visit during the fall time and to call ahead.

The day we stopped by it was closed for a wedding. We enjoyed the quick walk around the grounds and seeing the architecture.

Lovely building, and they work hard to keep it that way. Wonderful place for a short walk or to take your dog exploring. They also have awesome events like a masquerade ball!
