Rude. As a previous employee and manager of multiple retail establishments I would never tell a customer the item they were interested in was "ugly". If you don't want to be at work find another job. And I've worked for journeys and as well, I hope standards haven't changed that much since working in the biz myself. But I see the rating at this location is 1.0 which makes sense. Hope you all stay open with all the other competitors located in this mall. Anyways I'll purchase my "ugly" shoes when I get back home to Atlanta..where customer service is valued.
