I purchased two pairs of Uggs recently online through the store because they didn't have the sizes i needed.   I get the first pair and the boots were nice and brand new looking.  The second boots arrived today and looked like some wide foot person had worn them a few times.  The box was damaged and had green Journey tape all over it.  When i opened the box and saw the boots i was shocked and very angry that Journey would send something that look like it has been worn and faded and dusty looking that i paid $109.00 for.  I go to the store where i made the purchase and the price goes up and poor young girl was calling her manager then customer service four times.  Well this is how it turned out, first the girl offered to let me exchange for another boot since there was a back order on the one i originally wanted.  (Longer wait) Then customer service wouldn't do it cause the boot was 100 dollars more even though it was offered by the young girl as an option.  Then the manager said she will email me an apology letter and $5.00 off my next purchase. ????? Really!  I told the girl i sat here listening to you talk to the mangers/ customer service for 45 minutes just for you to refund my money i don't have nothing to say to them because they didn't compensate me for the time my daughter anxiestly waited for her boots and the disappointment when she got them.  I will NEVER shop at any Journeys again.  I used to be a valuable customer spending hundreds never again. Your own associate knew when she saw the box that it shouldn't have been shipped to me like that.   Poor customer service Journey!!
