This is a family owned business that marks up the products to prey on the poor. I went into the store to purchase gel that I have purchased for years and the price at this store was 250% higher in cost. Spend your money elsewhere

Sometimes they have ok sales on "human hair" but, I don't like being harassed as I shop. If you have to do all that, maybe set your business up in your neighborhood for your people to shop...just a thought. The first time I went, the lady was blatantly racially profiling me. I tried another time and the young guy at the front tried a different approach, by being overly attentive. If you ask me if I need help and I say no, that's no. It's my fault because I typically go out of my way to not give Asians my business. People please understand that if you don't shop, they don't eat. If you don't like the way you're being treated, take your money somewhere else. Don't reward anyone for mistreating and abusing you! I guarantee one, you could never have a thriving business in their neighborhood, as they do in so many of yours, and you definitely wouldn't be able to treat them the way they treat you and get away with it. Wake up! There is nothing they have to sell that you can't get somewhere else. Use Sally's, which has a great return policy on most items. It's definitely not a no refunds place. Amazon.com will make up for the rest.

The African man at the counter use to be rude and nasty however over the last few months he's become extremely helpful and sweet! I started going back yesterday and my experience was AWESOME!
