I bought a used GMC Acadia there about 3 weeks ago. We took it on a good test drive and returned to the dealership. As it was POURING rain outside there was less that I could test than I would have liked. Unfortunately for me, what I couldn't test (rolling the windows down) and most people don't test (radio) both indicated that there was a serious electrical problem with the car. So, 3 weeks after purchasing the car the electric system is basically shot. The radio doesn't stay on, all 4 tire pressure censors are lit up despite normal PSI, and the drivers window buttons don't work for any windows but the driver's. This dealership prides itself on the relationships it develops with its customers. They will not have one in me. Huge cost for repair on a vehicle I only purchased 3 weeks ago. I have no words for the level of cheated I feel. I don't feel like they were obligated to go over a list of everything they thought was wrong with the car, but I DO question their capabilities with inspecting vehicles if all these issues made it past their "experts". Further, if they DID discover these issues then they should have been more flexible during the negotiating period...they were NOT. 

So they will not have a customer in me, and I will gladly share with my company's internal referral system the experience I've had here. Nobody should have to go through this.

The personnel were attentive from the minute I entered the service area, getting my car in for service immediately. No unnecessary service was recommended or performed. My car was washed after it was serviced. The waiting room and facilities were very nice and accommodating. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a couple of cookies while I waited. The tv area was clean and had comfortable chairs. This is the second time I had my Buick serviced at Joyce and I will be back as I am very pleased with all aspects of their service. Thank you.

Laura in the Service Dept. and Sean in Sales helped me the other day when I had a dead battery.  I appreciated their excellent service and friendly manner.  I always have a good experience at Joyce Buick.

I did not have an appointment for oil change on my Envision on Friday 12/22. I was told my wait would be lengthy maybe an hour or longer. Kelly Tressel made sure I was taken care of quikly because I had to pick up my wife at the beauty salon. I was out of the dealership in 45 minutes. Great service!

Had tire pressure problems that showed up while driving. Went immediately to J.B. They were busy, but got the problem taken care of quickly. Girls at desk were very friendly, and efficient. One of the many reasons that I always get my vehicles there.
