Great first time experience with an RV! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, everything was explained and my peace of mind was reassured! The RV we rented was nice and easy to operate! Communication via email and phone was painless! Don’t hesitate, check them out, rent yourself an RV and have some fun!

First time rental experience was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a nicer staff. The owner, Bill was very thorough and took time to go over the whole RV.  Laura and Angela were super friendly. I'd recommend this place to anyone...1st time or veteran renter. Thanks again for making our weekend!

I don't even know where to start re: this experience---56 years on this planet and I've never ever had the type of experience i've had with this company---I'll start by saying that on the surface, everyone was very nice and compliant.  A decent work order on intake and an assurance that i would be notified when an estimate would be performed.  I had typical issues that one would expect with an older RV.  The intake process was where all reasonability ended.  Almost 2 weeks after drop off i phoned the office as i hadn't heard a peep from the staff & i was told the that the only work order notes available were that i needed 2 new batteries (not a reason i dropped off--both are still working fine).  I told the staffer that was NOT why i bought it in and what about my work order issues ??(see attached pics of work order)--i was told that i would be contacted the next day.. i was contacted the next day and WOW--EVERY issue i had indicated was commented on by the employee however nothing was fixed--NOTHING. THIS TOOK 2 weeks--it gets better!!  AND NOTHING WAS GOING TO BE FIXED---AND I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED $267.00.  Every issue i indicated on the W.O. was commented on but nothing repaired (see invoice)---I later discovered after taking the RV to another shop that some of the items had not been performed and/or misrepresented!!!!!---Look at the invoice---$57.00 to look at the "in cab" a/c---said it was "too old" for newer refridgerant--LIE--there is a huge label on the firewall indicating it has been retrofitted to accept modern coolant--SEE THE PIC-$47.50 to check rear brakes --need new pads and pistons--LIE--New shop inspected and they need adjusted --pads were fine--Pistons???--they never even removed the drums----$47.50 to check generator and tell me it needs a tune up and an oil change--It started for them--IT STARTED FOR ME--Almost $50.00 to tell me it needs a oil change and a tune up--$23.75 to tell me my tank indicator lights were not working--i needed a new Monitor--verbally told me to look on ebay----the reason i mentioned IT IN THE FIRST PLACE --THEY WERE NOT WORKING!. Thanks for the info people.. $28.50 to tell me that i have a leak in my power steering ---"we can't fix it---needs a dye test --- but you have no fluid in the reservoir"  That will be $28.50 Please !!   To finish it up--I was told that my propane was "topped off"---When i got it home it read 25% on the gauge-SEE PIC-i guess maybe it doesn't work---nothing was mentioned---$28.50 please--thank you so much.
 
I called the owner after i cooled down--nice guy-- He ASSUMED his staff did all the work indicated on the bill--HE wouldn't help me--Could --but wouldn't.  Everyone i tell this story to--including my attorney--find it unbelievable. Simply look at the invoice--It's there in black and white!!!!   2 WEEKS IN THE SHOP----NOTHING ACCOMPLISHED--ALMOST A $300.00 BILL.  What do you wanna bet his mechanics work on commission??---They might be an ok rental facility---but look elsewhere for your repairs.
Mr. Owner--don't bother replying to this review--You had more than ample oppourtunity to make this right--look at the invoices i've included with this review-- at least they don't lie.

After looking on line I found Neff Brothers to be priced reasonably and, located only 2 miles away, quite convineintly.  Took the kids up there to check out a couple of RVS we saw online.  After looking around the lot for 15 minutes and not being aknowledge by the couple of people who obviously saw us, went inside to get some help.  Neither of the 2 women inside even acknowledged our existence for about 15 minutes so we decided to leave.  I'm a local guy and wanted to do business locally, but, I'm not going to beg anyone to to help me spend my money.  Business must be good.

They are nice friendly people and the rvs are great and so is the prices.  Good work on all rvs. Would recommend to everyone
