Sam is the man and asset to this business. Suit pants for a wedding needed to be tailored as the jacket fit well. It was a pretty busy afternoon and this guy who I have never met, tailor my pants right in front of me and sends me on my way so I don't have to come back. They fit perfectly, I can honestly say this is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. I am a life long customer now. Thank you Sam!

Incredible experience from the first visit. We forget what excellent customer service is until you meet Lori and Sam. The time taken to ensure complete satisfaction beginning with simple measurements and final adjustments if needed, show how dedicated jp tailors is to making their customers happy. Hard to leave the store without taking a smile with you. Thank you Lori and Sam and all who work with you.

If you are looking for a suit in the Buffalo area: go here. Seriously. Don't even bother going anywhere else. They are so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. I gave him a budget and told him my situation, he took one look at me, one hard look at the rack of suits, then pulled the perfect suit out first try. It needed no alterations and was the best suit at my price. Not only that - but they include a shirt, tie, and pocket square with your suit at no additional cost! And these are also great quality. Need another set? A shirt, tie, and square is a $40 combo. Seriously. They blow any chain place (mens wearhouse) out of the water at any price point, both on quality and service.

Excellent customer service, got the suit I wanted for decent price. They custom fit it to me and around my ccw, no printing, very comfy. I highly recommend them
